Your Imagineer

Hi, I’m Ian Hearnshaw. I’ve been working as a film maker, multimedia/graphic designer and photographer for over 25 years. I started my professional life working in Film and TV before moving into graphic design. After working as a freelance designer for a number of years, I then led a design team at a global law firm in the City of London. As well as helping develop the firm’s marketing and branding material, I travelled the world taking photographs and producing dynamic video content.

In 2009 I joined my wife, Pippa, at Pippa Mackenzie Photography to help build what is now one of the most highly regarded photography businesses in the UK. During that time, I have developed our successful brand and created a strong visual identity that has helped us stand out from the crowd.

At the same time, I’ve worked with a number of other small business, helping them develop their own brands and visual identity and have also trained and mentored other creatives to do the same.

Now with, Greyhawk Media™ I’m able to use my knowledge and skills to help other businesses. I can help you by creating promotional films, devoping your brand, designing engaging websites, designing marketing material, taking photographs as well as aerial photography and film. Everything you need to promote your business.

My Experience

Film Maker

Over the last 25 years I’ve worked in the Film and TV industry, and producing films for the corporate and commercial sector. I’ve got all the skills to create dynamic promotional films for your business.

Drone Pilot

I’m a qualified Drone pilot with a professional GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate) qualification from the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and full liability insurance.

Website Expert

I’m an expert on the following website platforms: WordPress, Squarespace. I build well designed, functional and responsive websites. Further knowledge: CSS, HTML, Elementor.

Brand Expert

I have all the knowledge and experience to help you build and understand your brand and develop a strong visual identity to get out there and attract clients who get you and want to invest in you.

Photographer

Photography has been part of my professional life for over 25 years and I have worked as a professional photographer since 2009.

Adobe Expert

I’m an expert in the following Adobe software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Acrobat.

Movie Extra 🙂

On a lighter note, in my spare time I get to dress up and play on movie and TV sets as an Extra. I’ve been a friend of Shakespeare, an advisor to Elizabeth I and have fought giant robot dragons.
